Your driver and certified guide will pick you up from your hotel/riad at 9:00 A.M. and head out to Agafay, where you can enjoy the breathtaking landscapes and photo ops at your own pace.
You can take in the beauty and serenity before we continue our journey along rocky dunes.
We will also stop at the Lala Takarkoust Dam before going on to Kik, one of the prettiest plateaus in the Atlas Mountain range.
Here we will take a short walk through the traditional Berber village of Tizi Ouadou with its timeless architecture; you will experience how the locals live their daily lives and you’ll be invited to a glass of fresh mint tea made with love by a local family, all while taking in the gorgeous view of Mt. Toubkal and its sister peaks.
Afterwards we will continue our drive through the stunning gorge of the Atlas mountains, returning to Marrakech at 2:00 P.M.
Tuesdays and Saturdays you will have the opportunity to visit a traditional weekly Berber farmers’ market.
Note : You can choose to stop at a women’s argan oil cooperative on the way back Marrakech if you are interested
